Your Gateway to Studying in the U.S.

We are dedicated to helping South African students achieve their dream of studying in the United States. Having personally experienced the challenges and excitement of applying to U.S. universities, we provide expert guidance at every step of the application process. As a South African student currently pursuing her degree at the University of Houston, our Executive Director is intimately familiar with the complexities involved. This firsthand experience enables her to offer tailored, effective support to students as they navigate their own journey.

Our services

Our comprehensive service is provided for a one-time fee of R20,000. This covers university selection, application assistance, test preparation guidance, and visa support. Please note that additional costs, such as SAT or TOEFL exam fees, visa processing fees, and other associated expenses, are not included in this fee.

  • We provide personalized guidance to help you select the universities that best align with your academic goals, extracurricular interests, and career aspirations. Our team will ensure that your applications are submitted correctly and on time, maximizing your chances of acceptance.

  • The U.S. student visa application process can be daunting. We guide you through every step, including the visa interview preparation, so you feel confident and fully prepared.

  • Many U.S. universities require standardized tests like the SAT or TOEFL. We will inform you about the exams required by your chosen institutions and offer resources to help you prepare effectively.

  • Once we have submitted your applications, we continue to support you through every step, from evaluating offers to assisting with your final decision. As part of our community, you will be connected with other students, allowing you to share experiences and foster a supportive network.

Why Start Now

The U.S. university application process is both lengthy and complex, with deadlines often falling months in advance. Unlike South Africa’s academic calendar, U.S. universities typically begin their academic year in August or September, meaning early action is essential. Starting your application process early ensures that you won’t miss deadlines, gives you time to complete all necessary steps (including SAT or TOEFL tests and visa applications), and helps you begin your studies in your preferred academic year without delays. By starting now, you will avoid unnecessary stress and ensure your place in your desired program.

Eligibility & refund policy

Our services are available to South African students in Grade 11 or 12 who attend an IEB (Independent Examination Board) school. Once the service fee is paid, we begin work immediately. After 10 business days, the fee becomes non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision before proceeding to ensure that you are fully committed to the process.
